MK Beauty Salon provides beauty and grooming services including haircuts, coloring, styling, skincare, and related services at our Burbank, CA location and through digital booking platforms.

. Account creation and authentication are managed through Clerk, a secure third-party service

  • You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account (under 13 require parental supervision)

  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violation of these terms

. Appointments can be booked online, via app, or by phone

  • 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid fees

  • No-shows may be charged 50% of the service fee

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened services

  • We accept major credit cards via Stripe payment processing

  • Free Plan (Scan & Glow): Basic benefits

  • Silver Plan (Glow & Go): Enhanced benefits

  • Gold Plan (Beauty Lux or Signature Elite): Premium benefits


Membership terms are outlined in separate membership agreements and may be modified with 30 days notice.

. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-reloadable (except seasonal cards)

  • Lost or stolen cards can be replaced with $5 processing fee

  • Cards registered in our app can be used digitally

  • California law: Balances under $10 may be redeemed for cash upon request

  • 5% commission in Salon Credit for referred client transactions

  • Credit can be used for services, gift cards, or membership fees

  • Allergic reactions to products (patch tests available upon request)

  • Dissatisfaction with services (we offer corrections within 7 days)

  • Lost or damaged personal belongings
